Help! flat chested! bad!?

well i hardley fit into an A. im 15. got my period a year ago. what should i do? my mom said once you get your period they will start to grow. well they are not. im like almost flat. my brother accidently saw me naked and he said my boobs are so not flat. well i think they are. how can i make them grow. dont give me stupid stuff like pills, creams, implants, or push up bras. how can i get them to be bigger naturally? please help! thanks alot.

you cant make them bigger naturally! come on now, if you could wouldnt everyone be doing it? no one would have breast implants and there would be no need for mega padded bras. Sorry to tell you but you can only hope they grow, wait till your older and get implants, or wear padded/water bras, thats all you can do. I had the same problem and my boobs never grew, I kept thinking they would each yr that I got older, or any time I was on my period or gained a little weight, but no never happened, you just gotta accept it.
