When I first posted I wasnt very clear. I went off my Birth control for 5 days and started a new pack the day I had sex. I had been on the pill for 6 motnhs. This was like 3 days after my period ended. Can you tell if your pregnant a couple days after?

No, a couple of days is too soon to tell. It's unlikely--though not impossible--you could get pregnant so soon afer your period ended. You could always try a home pregnancy test; it can be accurate a few days before your period is due.
