Hey when my gf hit the sertain time of month she was all sad and i wanted to help her but i didn't know wat to do over the phone so when we r together i want to know how to comfort her through the hard time she has to go through!! I want to be her to help her through it plez if anyone knows how to help without drugs plez I want to help her throught the pain shes put through from it??

Just be nicer. A lot of girls get emotional before/during their period so don't say anything that will piss her off!
You can have a nice night in, and watch a movie together. You can give her a massage, or just lie on the couch/in bed together.
