Answers:
White stuff is usually just normal vaginal discharge (your vagina is a mucous membrane.) It is a sign of puberty when it starts, but it's not your period. I have heard that most girls start their period about a year after they start having vaginal discharge, but I don't know how often that holds true.
Now, if it's itchy or smells bad, you might have a yeast infection or a bacterial infection. But as long as there's no discomfort along with it, it's just a normal part of being a woman.
