So if your hymen is still there (you could have broke it by intense physical effort or such) it might hurt. The pain will last until the penis breaks the hymen (the hymen is a small and thin piece of tissue, sort of like skin, on the entrance to the vagina). BUT if you're aroused enough, chances are that the soreness will not exist at all. You might bleed after the hymen is broke, so you could use a panty liner to prevent stains on your clothes afterwards.
