ok so heres the problem:
i am going over to my friends house tonite. we are having a pool party and a sleepover. the problem is, i am in the middle of my period. i dont want the other girls to know i have it, so how do i keep it a secret? wont they get suspicious when i keep going to the bathroom or something???

any help would be appreciated :)

when i say go to the bathroom- i mean go to the bathroom to change my tampon/pad.

Tampons for when your swimming. If your flow is light you shouldn't have to change a lot. and when you do have to change it do it during a time when people won't really notice and if someone asks why you are going to the bathroom a lot just say you swallowed a little to much water or something. and chances are some one else at the party might have there at the moment two. so don't worry and just have fun
