Period cramps?
are you supposed to use Midol, and is the a specific age that you should be to start - as in, do you have to be at least 13 or something? I use Advil, which gets rid of the cramps mostly. I'm just curious.

my friends and i all use midol. it works really good and for me it helps with the bloating too. makes things alot easier
