What is the best way to lose weight?

I need to lose 20 pounds by october? what is the best way that is healthy and fast? I am a older women taking sereval kinds of meds that might hinder weight loss, any ideas?

Focus on eating fruit and vegetables. I advice you go see a nutritionist, he will definitely help you with this. Other than that, do sports! The most complex are swimming and running. You will find something that you'll like. In case you like junk food, try to give up eating such things. I honestly used to eat junk food pretty often and it shows, so it's not just a joke. Oh, and be sure to drink water (about 2-3 L a day).
