I'd check with your doc.
My first assumption would be no because your uterus is still in the process of closing. Your uterus is a sterile environment and you wouldn't want anything (like water) to carry any bacteria up there. Bacteria =infection, and that's not a good time.
I might hold off until you get an all-clear from your doc.
