Does anyone know of a veryy fast working laxative??

I plan on loosing weight the healthy way..i cheerlead three days a week for 2.5 hours, i tumble once a week for 1.5 hours and i excercise every night! I plan on beginning to eat healther, but would like to take a laxative every once in a while after large meals!! Is there any that work within the next hour or two??

i agree. not a good idea. if anything you are going to wind up feeling worse, then your digestive system is going to be off, and you'll be in the bathroom all day, whether you stopped you the laxative or not. don't do it.
try a fiber supplement instead, like Metamucil. works the same way, but healthier.
