ok so i havent got my period but i got the clear discharge. So i started wearing panty liners everyday just to catch the discharge. So do I have to do the change after every 2 hours thing? cuz its not like there's blood. I dont want to get an infection! HELP!

ive been getting discharge for about a year now!! and i still dont use pantyliners! there really isnt any point!! it just washes out!! waste of money!!
