Can bad thoughts come to good people?!

Question:

Can bad thoughts come to good people?

I was really stressed out about 6 months ago. I was planning a wedding, my mom wanted to have the wedding her way & wanted to invite all the people she wanted. My sis told me she didn't like my husband even though she only met him twice and she lives in another state. I was stressed out at work too. So I started getting frequent periods. When I went to see the doctor for that they prescribed me provera for 10 days. I got bad side effects for that. I couldn't eat or sleep. I had errational thoughts alot. Then I went back to the doc and they gave me xanax & zoloft to get rid of the side effects. I took low doze but then started having more irrational thoughts and depression too. I went off the meds 3 months ago. But I still have the thoughts. I've never been depressed or had these thoughts before I took the meds. My husband is very understanding & supportive. But I feel horrible. I don't know what I can do to get rid of these thoughts. I feel like an evil person.
