How can you get rid of pms cramps fast?!

How can you get rid of pms cramps fast?

I am in the middle of my period with mild cramps. But how can you make them go away without staying in one place.


Answers:

Take ibuprofin. That means Advil, or Motrin, or equivalent. Follow the package directions. Its the only thing that works for me. Asprin doesn't work at all.
