What are the benefits of taking prenatal pills when you aren't pregnant?
I have heard that your nails and hair will grow from taking them.
Answers:
Its not really good to take prenatal if your not pregnant,the pre natals have more iron then what you might need and may cause liver or kidney problems.Again do not take them unless you really need the iron and that is only done with tests....
