I'm having pains around my Ovaries.?!

Question:

I'm having pains around my Ovaries.?

For about the last two years or so, I've had pain around my pelvic area. It doesn't last more than a day, but is very intense, sort of like a menstural cramp. I've been to a Gyno many times and they all say everything is normal as far as how my ovaries and uterus feel. It hurts to stand and sit and walk for long periods of time. I have been cleared of STD's by taking tests. So does anyone have any idea what could possibly be wrong? I don't have health insurance so any advice of good insurance plans or where to get help would also be appreciated.

Answers:

this is what my doc told me (because ive had the same prob and was concerned about cysts)

its possible to develop cysts at that time of the month, and they go away again everytime, it could be causing you pain, but they are normal and nothing to worry about

she also said that sometimes when you are passing an egg through your fallopian tubes it can cause pain. i dont know exactly why, because i cant remeber everything she said. ask your GYN about this and they should be able to explain it for you better than i have. if everything is coming back clean then dont be worried. it sounds like this may be just one of those things you will have to deal with. if the pain is so bad that you cant handle it, or its just getting in the way of your daily activities, ask your doctor if they can suggest something to lighten or stop the pain. ive never tried pamprin or any of those PMS things, but it might help. either way ask your doc! they are there to take care of YOU! as for insurance... sorry i wish i could help you, but i suck about stuff like that

good luck!
