Question:

If I walk 30 minutes day, every day of the week, will I lose weight?

I've been trying to lose some weight because I have a bit of a pudgy stomach and thick thighs. I'm 5'7 and I weight 124 and I'm almost 14 in two months, but I want to lose weight the healthy way. If I eat healthy, drink lots of water, and walk 30 minutes a day everyday of the week for two months, will I lose weight? If so how much? (an estimate is fine). What else should I be doing to lose it? Thanks, and please don't tell me I don't need to lose weight.

Note: I'll be fast walking/jogging, not just walking lol.

Walking every day is always a good habit; whether you're trying to lose weight or just stay healthy :)
I think you will lose weight if you walk, eat healthy, and don't break that routine.
Although, judging by your height, your weight seems to be just where it should be. If you're really determined to lose your "pudgy" stomach, the best thing to do is sit-ups, crunches and/or pilates everyday.
BTW, I really respect that you want to lose weight the healthy way. A lot of people just do whatever it takes to lose it quickly, eventhough it may not be good for their body in the long run.
