the doctor just told me about yasmin i read up on it and what do you all think about it anybody been on it and what the the main side effects of it

im on yaz, which is a sister pill to yasmin, and i have loved it so far. I haven't experienced any of the bad side effects, unless you consider "feeling sexual" more often a bad thing. I haven't had any problems with my skin, it has shortened and lightened my period, i haven't really gained any weight, and the good thing about yaz and yasmin is that they contain a lower dosage of hormones, unlike many other pills, and therefore has less side effects, and can be better for people that have bad side effects to changes in hormone levels, and is one of the couple pills on the market aimed at shortening you period.
