Had anybody had good results using ICSI with good results?

I wish I had good news to share, but we attempted ICSI three times with no successful pregnancies. However, that doesn't mean it won't happen for you. I truly feel that there was a reason we did not become pregnant. Shortly after our third failed ICSI procedure, we met a family who was making an adoption plan for their child. We adopted our son and it was the most wonderful experience for us. I feel in my heart that this was why the procedures didn't work for us.
