Question:
Which is the best way to go...Electrocauterization (LEEP), Cryosurgery, Cone Biopsy or Laser?
to treat high grade cervical dysplasia?
Please no long Googled answers, I can do that myself. I want personal opinions and/or experiences.

I had a LEEP done a few years ago. It was pretty quick, but a little uncomfortable as you are awake during it. I was given a drug that made my heart beat fast and made me feel panicky. That was the worst part. The recovery was easy, except for a gross discharge for a while.
A friend of mine had laser and cryosurgery and the abnormal cells came back after each one. After she had the LEEP, they never came back.
I think if you want to get preg afer any of these procedures, there is a higher risk of pre-term birth due to a shorter cervix. I didn't have this problem, though.
