Will getting of the pill cause your boob to ache?

I'm thinking it is hormones but I can't tell and it's only my left one. I have felt around and I don't feel any lumps or anything. I was only on the pill for 2 months.

Yes, it could. The pill causes your hormone levels to get wacky when you go on it. Then things stabilize after a couple months. The same goes when you go off the pill.
