My boobs get itchy sometimes too.
I don't really know why .. but it's probably caused by sensitive or irritated skin. It may be because your skin is sensitive to the soap you or using. It could be just because you're boobs are randomly itchy (in this case just use a cream like hyrdocortirsone or aveno ;) ).
