What exactly is a yeast infection? And how do you get one?
I'm just a little confused about it all....that's the only reason I am asking. I'm not sure how you suddenly get a yeast infection. Do you have to have sex or something first, or is it just something that occurs?

A yeast infection is where there is a white discharge with a odor smell, itching, irration and pain during sex. You can get it from food ( eating too much of carbs), drinks ( sodas), panties that are not cotton, scent things (perfum, soaps). You can get it from sex cause of the body fluids. But if u do get a yeast is cause ur ph is unbalance and stuff is causing it do do that. Just go to the doc and they give u this medicine and it makes it go away within 24 hours. Trust me i get yeast alot is cause of what i ate. Now i change my diet and i havent got it for the past 3 months now.
