I need to know want is the best way to loss weight.I have try everything to loss the weight.?

i'd say the best way would be to:

a) cut out fats and sugars
b) drink a lot of water... a LOT
c) at least 3 fruits a day
d) balanced meals with more vegetables, less carbs
e) smaller meals.. no seconds or thirds.. preferably no deserts for the first 3 months
f) only 3 meals a day
g) excersise at LEAST 30 minutes a day then work your way up. this doesn't mean any hardcore running or cardio... try a little bit of jogging, as much as you can handle, and some pushups or situps. do as much you are comfortable and try set goals for yourself.
h) MOST IMPORTANT: don't give up!! you probably won't see amazing results in the first 2 weeks or so. but stay committed and no cheating at ALL for the first 3 months. we all know what the bad foods are so avoid them! good luck!
