Question:

I have been having constant abdominal pains for about a week now does anybody know what this may be?

My lower abdomen all around hurts like hell. Feels like really bad cramps but they won't go away and my back aches along with my tummy. Then I sometimes feel a pain in my right shoulder up to my neck. Can anyone describe these symptoms

Answers:

It could be a lot of things, first thing I suspect is kidney infection or ectopic pregnancy. Don't know what the shoulder pain is. Go see a doctor! If you have insurance try their 24 hour nurse line.
