I'm not a sweet eater and i only eat lunch and dinner i walk alot at work and also climb stairs but the weight won't come off, my mother was heavy and also my brother. is there any thing that can help?

The ONLY way to lose that much weight and keep it off is to make entire lifestyle changes. You will have to exercise and eat properly. You need to learn what portion sizes are and what healthy food is. And you'll have to exercise at least 30 minutes daily to see any type of serious results. And after you lose the weight, and you CANNOT just go back to your old habits, or else the weight will come back!
