How do you make your breasts smaller?
This may sound weird but I'm sick of having big boobs. Im 14 and I wear size 34 DD. I get back pain constantly and my doctor even recomended that i get a reduction when i turn 18. I am terrified of surgery so is there another way do make them smaller?

Have you seen body builders they have no breasts. Thats becuase they are mainly fat. Consult a trainer on good chest exercises and see if the removal of fat can reduce them.
