Answers:

I have actually taken that pill myself but I think it's the same for any of them on the time you start taking them. My doc said it was really up to me, I could start on the day after my period was done or do a Sunday start. Since you're this close you may want to start them on Sunday and that way you can tell when you're gonna have your period easier and then if you have to switch pills or anything it's always easier to remember. But I think it's kind of up to you but I've never heard of starting them on the day you start your period so I wouldn't do that.
