Very personal question... Please give serious answer...?

I know everyone's vagina has a mild sort of smell, but lately, I've been noticing that mine's been changing. Not necessarily getting worse, just differnt... I'm being serious; The scent almost resembles cottage cheese, in a way. Is there anyway to get rid of this? I wash "down there", and I don't think I have any sort of infection, although I suppose I don't really know. Any ideas of what it could be and how to prevent it without having to visit the doctor?

No, I don't have a lot of discharge; not any more than usual, and I haven't really gained weight, I've actually been losing it.

Maybe you have an infection, which would need to be checked out by a doctor. If you have no health insurance, than contact your local hospital and they may have a program that just makes you pay by your income, kind of like a copayment. Good luck!
