Everytime I sit down my side hurts...?
really bad. By side, I mean I have pelvic pain (sorry I've just called it that for years) It goes away whenever I stand up or don't bend at the hips, but as soon as I sit down, it begins to hurt again. It's only on my right side and it's unlike any pain I've ever had. And I have had cysts and have endometriosis. What could this be?

You could have cyst again. I have ovarian cyst and I have the same kind of pain. It feels like a stabbing pain or a twitching pain. Somewhere I heard ovarian cyst and endometriosis go hand and hand.
