Can intercourse effect the smell and appearance of your urine?
I don't know if it is just a coincidence, or if it is connected, but I notice that my urine is always more yellow and foggy looking for a few days after intercourse. (I only have had the opportunity to monitor this with unprotected sex, so maybe it has something to do with his ejaculation.) I am female, by the way. The smell also is stronger and has what I can only describe as a nutty smell. (no jokes, I mean the types of nuts that you buy at the supermarket.) I have been STD tested and nothing has ever come up. I have also believed this smell was related to a capsule pill I take, but I relalized it often doesn't seem to change if I stop taking the pill for some time. I don't think it is related to that.
Anyway, I have no pain, and the smell doesn't bother me. The color looks like your urine looks on days you don't eat much...so it is not that.

Actually it sounds like a UTI to me, which can be triggered by intercourse and not urinating afterwards. Even if you don't have pain, I would get checked out because sometimes the infections can hit real suddenly and be extremely painful.
