i am 13 and have an automuine disease my bf is really close w/ my sis and it drives me nuts

While I know it's hard to ... be thankful. Periods aren't fun but I can understand that you are anxious to reach that milestone. Let them know that it bothers you, your best friend should understand that. Sisters are their own special breed but without the two ganging up it will be better.
