Question:
I'm 13 years old and missed my period... help me?
Ok the month is almost over and nothing happened :( i'm scared i didn' thave sex. If i tell my mama she'll make up an excuse and blah's.I'm very nervous what is happening to my body, can you show me a website to know what's happening..

P.S: samething happened to my friend she said she stopped for at least 5 months.
But started again..
What is happening, she doesn't know either..

Relax, irregular periods are not abnormal for teens especially if you just started menstruating.
Things that can effect your periods: Eating a very low calorie diet, extreme exercise like running 20 miles per day, or a shift in hormones.
With time, your periods will become regular.
