If anyone knows anyway or anything you can do I would appreciate it.

Surgery is the only permanent way to go.
Working out may help, it depends on how much fatty tissue versus dense breast tissue is in your breasts.
If its more fatty, you may lose in the breasts.
If its more dense, you won't lose in the breasts.
Mine were more dense, so I had to had a breast reduction in order to reduce the size of my breasts.
