What wrong with me?

I got off the pill in january, had a 44 day cycle following, and haven't had a period since (March 1). (i had a moment of spotting april 1).

i went to my doctor 3 wks ago, go blood tests done for homones, thyroid, and diabetes and everything was normal. i asked her if it may possibly be PCOS, she said it wasn't very likely as i have no symptoms (i'm a little overweight, but she said my wt pattern didn't indicate pcos) i have an appt with ob/gyn in 3 wks to see what's up.

I've been ttc... started charting, and based on the chart, i MIGHT have ovulated 18 days ago (it's not clear cut though--one program online said maybe 10, maybe 18, maybe not at all)

about 18 days ago i started cramping and having sore breasts, and it has continued EVERYDAY since. and I've been getting more & more tired every day, some nausea, loss of appetite.

is there anything that might cause these symptoms?
any ideas? insights? anything?
