well i am going to florida next week and i start my period.they have a pool and we are going to the water park!but i am soooooooooo to scared to put a tampon in!help?

dont worry ....tampons work better than pads...just make sure u change it every 4 hours...dont pull it out too soon or it hurts...it feels weird the 1st time but it'll be fine... plus water helps...
