Inverted nipples what should I do?

My friend has inverted nipples and wants them to poke out. she not pregnant so will the nipplette stuff work for her? anyother suggestions?

my brother has inverted nipples and i know a couple others. i think its kinda like bellybuttons. some are inny, some are outy. i dont know about breast feeding though haha
