Here is my whittle red dots question?

ok i have red dots, like bumps actually but really small, on my chest and imbetween my breasts. I dont wear bikinis so they dont show...i guess this isnt really a question but like is that normal?

I have such things too, but I think they are part of my acne. I also get them after wearing a bra for a long while, and the skin cannot breathe properly for several hours.
