Can I take a warm bath while im on my period because I heard that if you do it makes your stomach hurt.Can I take one or do I have to take a shower?


Answers:

WOW, I have never heard of not being able to take a bath when on your period. The warm water is actually soothing of cramps. Of course you can take a bath!!
