Help getting rid of my stomach?
i'm about 5'7, 130lb and ive recently lost 30+ pounds in the past year. i can see the weightloss in my arms and legs and everything, but i thought that my stomach would atleast be flatter by now. ive been told that i shouldnt loose anymore weight by various people and even a therapist. i do crunches everyday, yoga for 40 minutes once a week, and im swimming 5 days a week for an hour. my diet sucks, and mainly consists of carbs ( i hate vegetable and fruits arent my first pick), and im on the weight watchers diet. also i take a multi-vitamin everyday. anyone with an suggestions would be helpful!

I have this same problem on occasion. The problem is the carbs..it is producing a sort of bloat in your tummy. I would suggest cutting out 1-2 of the carbs you normally have and replace with cheese stick or a protein source..you really need to build muscle and don't need as much carbs as you've been eating.
