I need to pee all the time it realyy hurts and afterwards it feels like im bursting for a pee!!!!?

i tested for a sti and a bladder and pee infection ans it was negitive
and can i add i have pain in my lower stomach too.

Urinary tract Infection/Bladder infection. Go see your doctor to get it treated.
