Can an upset stomach have anything related to pms?

everytime i have my menstrual circle my stomach gets upset, what could it be? it happens every time and im sick of taking pills, is there a natural remedy i should take or something i should avoid?


Answers:

Oh yeah, my stomach gets really upset the day before my period. Tums and a nap for me.
