Exercising?

I have been doing squats and lunges everyday lately to increase the size of my hips and legs. However, I've lost weight and my legs look slimmer? Why are these exercises not helping me gain mucsle but instead making me loose weight?


Answers:

keep doing the excerses you're doing now, but in addition try standing on one foot and squatting down 25 times on both legs. Also try putting one foot on the couch and the other on the floor then jump and put the other foot on the couch, and keep doing that 50 times counting each leg on the couch as one! Good luck
