Building muscle and losing weight?

Im 5'6 n 126lbs, i want to build arm muscles n leg muscles plus i wanna lose a little bit of fat from my stomach and hips. What excersizes do you suggest? n i can also use a little diet advice


Answers:

For muscle building exercises, I would suggest bicep, tricep, and shoulder workouts for your arms (curls, french press, dips, shoulder press, etc.). For the legs, squats are great but tough, lunges, calf raises, hamstring curls, and leg extensions.

As for losing a little weight, cardio/aerobic exercise will work best to burn those extra calories and watch what you eat. It's really common sense here. Weight Watchers has worked for me as well.

It you are losing weight at the stomach, don't forget ab workouts to show off that newly exposed muscle.
