I wear a 36 c bras what type of shirt size should i wear?

should i wear a bigger shirt or a smaller shirt size
p.s. i wear a extra large or large tops

Wear a shirt that would not be tight, that you can move in.

I also wear 36C bra. I wear size Large or 16 shirts.

You wearing size large or extra large tops is fine. What matters is what makes you comfortable.
