Would it be okay to take expired vitamins?
These vitamins expired in 2/06, Ive taken probably 10 of them
and they seem to be okay.. they weren't opened when I started taking them, so I figured it would be okay..
Do vitamins degrade over time? Or will it be such a small amount that it wouldn't matter?
