can somone tell me if the alli pills work? i heard of the side effects like cramps and stuff if you make a mistake. but do they acually work with losing weight if you dont slip up? and if they do...can somone tell me how long it took till you saw results? (if you had personal experience)

I'm starting on it, all my co workers even my boss that weighs 300 pounds lost almost ten pounds in ONE WEEK(each), but the funny thing is, they don't exercise and I'm seeing them eat pizza and chips and everything like that.
What happens is, you take the pill. You are supposed to eat LESS then 12 grams of fat per meal. If you eat OVER that, you will poop all that fat out... it doesnt even stay in the body. If you don't diet and exercise, you will have things they call "TE's". or "Oppsies"... Yes, it is leakege from the anus, just wear a pad or a panty liner. ORRRR better yet, eat less then 12 grams of fat and you wont have to worry about the side effects.
