Girl question! Only girls answer please! It hard for me to...?

See I have intaked about my health and I'm not to healthy. Sure I exersise but not that much. A few yrs ago my mom told me to start tuking n my stumache. This I find diffacult. I suck in my stuache a lot but at night time I can't help it and my belly just flops out. Can you help me on this?
