Weight - Tips or tricks?

About 2 1/2 years ago, I weighed 178 and now i weigh around 145. I'm wavering between a five pound range and I just can't seem to get out of this rut. I'm 16 and 5'2 and I'm looking to get down to at least 125 if not smaller. I do believe 110 - 125 is healthy for my age. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I would appreciate any tips or advice. Please and Thank You!

NO No----If you are only 16, the healthiest way to shed extra pounds is not to eat 3 big meals a day. You must eat a good breakfast then mid way between breakfast and lunch have a small snack (apple, bannana) have a good lunch- nice salad. Between lunch and dinner have another small snack--yogurt. Then a sensible dinner. Another small snack 2 hours before bed. I know it seems like you are eating all of the time but that's what keeps your metabolism going. Please remember that you are not eating to get full, you are eating all day to stay satisfied. Hence no hunger pains. The stall in your weight loss is because of a stop in the metabolism. Try this and do not resort to weight loss pills or diet drinks, they are not geared for someone of your age. DRINK LOTS OF WATER--NO CAFFIENE. They are not healthy. Good luck.
