Is there really a way to get rid of a hicky faster??

No, there's not. However, you can cover it up with makeup easier if you get a cover-up that is yellow based and put that over the hickey before putting on your regular foundation over it. There are some cover-up creams that have copper in them and some people claim that copper has healing properties that may speed up healing (whether this works for speeding up the disappearance of hickeys or not, I don't know).
