Pain in left side?!

Question:

Pain in left side?

27 year old woman, 4 kids, ( 3 natural, 1 emergency c-sec.) I have pain in left side of abdomen all the time. My abdomen will become severely bloated when pain is severe and I have irregualr periods. Longer than a month in between, short period, with pink discharge in between periods. I have pain after intercourse that sometimes lasts for days and even prevents me from walking as much as I would. I have a huge list of other health issues that are as yet undetermined. But what does this pain sound like?

I can't go to the doctor. I have no insurance and I am a stay at home mom with kids and no car to get to the doc right now. This will change soon, but until then I just can't go. So.....any docs or med students out there that want to give me some advise would be greatly appreciated right now. I am in pain all the time, I have pain in my left shulder and neck and upper back that is quite severe at times and basically constant. I get numbness in the left side of my body at times and have strange sensations that are painful. I get boughts of severe nausea all the time and a myriad of other strange symptoms that have at times been compared to Multiple Sclerosis or Fibromyalgia (which some docs don't even acknowledge) I am so tired and in so much pain most days it is just ridiculous. I know, "if you don't go to the doc what good are you to your kids if something bad happens" but this is reality and right now I can't get to the doc, so in the meantime, someone please give me a lead.
